We specialise in providing complete service for both bathrooms and kitchens. This means we design, supply and install, offering an end-to-end in-house service, with an unrivalled 11-year workmanship guarantee on projects.

Our dedicated team is proud to have over 15 years in the industry, successfully completing 100s of projects for our clients.

We provide a 11-year workmanship on all bathroom and kitchen projects, with a 5-year guarantee on wet room projects.

We cover the areas within Surrey and South West London.
Each project investment depends on size of the room, the work required and the product choice. For example, basin taps can range from £150-£800.
Our designers will listen to your ideas and create designs following a consultation and site visit. Your designer will also create a full fitters pack and liaise with the fitter for continuity throughout your project.
Ben, our Managing Director, will oversee the fitting teams, with the designers checking in to ensure the fitter and client are happy throughout.
We’ve been trading for 16 years.
Our fitting teams consist of 1 or 2 tradesmen. They may often pop off-site to collect materials and will keep the client updated at all times.
Your dedicated designer and our Managing Director will be available by phone and email during working hours. You will also be given Ben, our MDs phone number for the rare case of an out-of-hours emergency.
£350 inc vat for the design service deposit. This will be reimbursed against your products invoice when you have signed up the project.
Our showroom is by appointment only and our opening times are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am – 4 pm on Saturdays.
No, we only offer our complete service to ensure the most superior levels are kept throughout the full project process.
On average you can expect a process of 3-4 months from first contact to project completion, depending on scheduling and product lead times.
No, however all of our product prices are the RRP.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.
Please get in touch with a designer as soon as you have a timeline in mind, it may be that your future project fits in line with our current calendar scheduling. The designers can help guide through a proposed timeline.
Of course, please give your designer 72 hours notice, via email or phone.
The product payment is taken on confirmation of the project going ahead. The complete service costs are then split into two payments, the first payment on start day and the second instalment payment on completion of the project.
We take your privacy seriously. The personal information you provide is securely stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. We use this information solely to follow up on your inquiries, manage your account, and provide the best possible service to you.We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
