Green oasis in Hampton Wick

We created this green oasis for our clients in Hampton Wick. Who came to us as their family bathroom wasn’t working for this family of five. With only one basin to share, their mornings were hectic! The original layout of the bathroom didn’t utilise the space or make it user friendly for a large family.

By totally reconfiguring the layout, we were able to put in a shower, where once there wasn’t one. We were also able to create a spacious feel to this luxury en-suite bathroom, by moving the existing bath that jutted out into the middle of the room, to under the window, replacing it with a statement bath. This gave us an area to put in a much needed double basin for the family of 5 to use.

For an updated classical look, we used a walk in shower with a black crittall frame by Drench. A slipper style bath with exposed feet – finished with a green Farrow & Ball paint called Lichen. The classic radiators add a practical grandeur to the look, while keeping towels warm. The shaker style furniture fits neatly within this older property in Hampton Wick, while pattern tiles and pendant lights give a fresh modern twist.
