A TRANQUIL YET DRAMATIC OASIS IN ESHER

Our clients brief of a tranquil design for their son’s bathroom, was brought to life by combining natural textures and tones.

The chestnut browns blended with golden oak grains within the Heartwood tiles from Minoli, add a warmth throughout the room. Working with the natural black stone and gunmetal brassware. Creating a dramatic, but tranquil feel.

The offset stone bath from Ashton & Bentley, creates a sense of space with the curved ends. Allowing extra floor around the base to be visible, which gives the illusion of a wider space. This is contrasted by the mansion weave wood effect tiles on the lower wall, and board style planks on the floor.

A black crittall shower screen creates a dramatic yet sleek element to the design. A wide recess shelf with spot lights creates a calm layered effect, while maintaining a tranquil and fuss free look. It is also very practical and negates the use of wire baskets protruding into the shower space.

Pale large format tiles in the shower area, balance the darker tones in the basin and radiator, maintaining a tranquil oasis. The basin offers plenty storage and the large towel rail adds a further aesthetic dimension to the design.
