You’ll work with our experienced dedicated kitchen designer who listens first and designs second.

You’ll have exclusive access to our curated displays and dedicated time with your designer – who will get to know your vision, your space, and what matters most to you before a single idea is sketched.
To enable us to create your design, we visit your property to conduct a technical survey of your kitchen, identifying structural requirements and getting a feel for how it will flow with the rest of your home.
Please note, if your property is currently in construction we are happy to work from the architect’s drawings.
Your designer creates a fully realised 3D design, unique to your home. Colour palettes, materials, layouts and finishes – all curated around you.
From creating colour palettes to sourcing the finest brands, each fixture, fitting and finish will be thoughtfully curated to make your dream kitchen a reality.
You’re invited back to the showroom for your private design reveal. This is where your kitchen comes to life on screen – and where we refine every detail together until it feels exactly right.
Your designer will work closely with you to factor in any design amendments, before you give the final sign-off.
You’ll have one dedicated designer with you throughout – someone who gets to know your taste, your home, and your vision, and stays accountable to it.

On average, our kitchen projects take 4-5 weeks for smaller and more simplistic kitchens. For larger spaces and more complex designs, installation is between 6-16 weeks. Throughout your design process, we will guide you on what changes will affect the overall lead time and installation time.
At Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven, we take the time to get every detail of your project perfect and therefore all timelines are a guide. We will keep you updated throughout the project as we manage the installation through to completion.
Upon confirmation of your project, we will give you an approximate installation date. As we are working on multiple projects at a time, and as with any renovation works, unforeseen challenges may arise and therefore we always ensure to complete an outstanding project, before moving on to the next.
Your designer will keep in touch with you from the moment you confirm your project to update you on the start date so you are always aware of when the project will take place.
There will be periods when we need to isolate the water in the kitchen and you won’t have access to water. We will ensure to give you plenty of notice and keep you aware of these timings throughout the project to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during the installation.
We love small spaces just as much as we do large ones. We work on projects from galley kitchens and utility spaces, right through to open-plan living spaces and family dining kitchens.
Design concepts can come together just as beautifully in a smaller space as in a larger one and our brilliant design team welcomes the challenge of completing your brief in a spatially challenged environment. During the kitchen design process, you will receive a ‘Complete Service’ quotation. This will list the schedule of works to be completed to create the chosen design in your space, the products included in the space, and an overall investment figure to turn the design into reality.
Through design meetings, we will always collaborate with you to guide you on any tweaks or amendments you wish to make to find the right balance across design, product, and budget to suit you and your home.

This means you will have a dedicated designer, we will supply all the products in the design, handle all removal and waste management, protect your home throughout all working and access spaces, supply all the trades and labour on site, project manage the installation from start to finish, and all our projects are signed off with an industry-leading 11-year workmanship guarantee.
