BK11 X CA’PIETRA

Why we love to use Ca’Pietra tiles in our projects.

We’ve always had a soft spot for Ca’ Pietra. Not just because their tiles are beautiful, but because working with them feels like teaming up with friends. Over the years, our partnership has grown into something special. Whether that is experiencing award ceremonies together, exploring new collections, or discussing the perfect tile to bring a space to life. Their creativity and attention to detail make every collaboration exciting, and we’re constantly inspired by what they bring to the table.

What really makes Ca’ Pietra stand out is the people behind the brand. We’ve built great rapport with their team. From the friendly faces in the showroom and on the road to the owners who are just as passionate about design as we are. They’re always up for a chat, full of helpful advice, and genuinely care about the work we do together. It’s this connection that makes every project feel personal, and we’re so proud to showcase a few of our favourites featuring their beautiful tiles, and showing you why you may want to consider these tiles for your space.

Morrocan Zellige

A cloakroom giving us all the dreamy vibes including the gorgeous Oasis gloss ceramic tiles. With their soft pastel tones and Moroccan Zellige-inspired texture, they add just the right amount of sparkle and charm to the space. We decided to lay them in a vertical herringbone pattern behind the sink. it’s playful, elegant, and full of character. The subtle variations in tone keep things interesting, while the gentle pink shade pairs beautifully with the green cabinetry and crisp white sink. It’s the kind of wall you can’t help but admire every time you walk in.

And let’s not forget the floor and lower wall, where Pumice Off-White Porcelain tiles  bring a whole new layer of texture. Inspired by the terrazzo pavers used by Michelangelo (yes, that Michelangelo), these tiles are full of artistic flair but still super practical. They’ve got a lovely tactile feel and are soft underfoot, making them perfect for a bathroom that’s both stylish and comfy. The muted grey tone grounds the space and balances out the glossy pinks above. Altogether, it’s a tile match made in heaven.

Our Designer Tip:

The Oasis ceramic range has shade and colour variety in every tile, and can be laid in a large variety of ways. Use this tile to add a gentler colour contrast to your space, and choose herringbone or basketweave layout formats to create a sense of movement in smaller spaces.

Pumice Off-White is the perfect neutral tile, with a gentle terrazzo effect finish. This gentle blend of white and soft greys gives a warmer aesthetic, and also is a much more forgiving ‘light’ tile, Use this tile when you want a muted finish to your space, but want to avoid it feeling clinical.

Deck Chair Delight

A space bursting with personality, thanks to the cheerful Deck Chair Porcelain tiles from Ca’ Pietra that line the shower wall. With their bold, summery stripes, they instantly transport you to beach days and holiday vibes, right from the comfort of your own home. It’s a playful twist that brings colour and energy into the space, making the shower area a real standout feature. We love how these vibrant tiles add a sense of fun without compromising on style.

Balancing out the brightness, the rest of the bathroom features the sleek and sophisticated Louvre tiles, which offer a soft, cloudy finish that feels effortlessly elegant. Their large format and natural look create a calm, cohesive backdrop that lets the striped tiles shine. On the floor, the Carpenter limewashed wood tiles add warmth and texture, with all the beautiful markings of real oak. It’s the perfect trio. Playful, polished, and packed with charm. This space proves that mixing styles can totally work when you’ve got great tiles and a little design confidence!

Our Designer Tip:

Deckchair comes in a variety of colours giving you ultimately flexibility with this tile to create a variety of ambiences. The deep navy tone creates a striking focal point and its linear design is great for creating a sense of height or width in a narrow or small space, such as in this compact en suite project we completed for our client in East Molesey.

Louvre Blanc is the perfect neutral stone tile. A brushed white stone that never feels clinical due to its textured finish and ability to pair with both warmer and cooler schemes.

Carpenter Limewashed is packed with texture and a genuine feel for a wood effect porcelain. Adding this to your scheme adds a subtle warmth to the overall feel of the space whilst still allowing for a bright and airy feel.

Scandi-Luxe Family Bathroom

A gorgeous blend of elegance and earthy charm, all down to the clever use of Ca’ Pietra’s Pottery White and Rhine tiles. Inspired by a beautiful pottery collection discovered in Italy, the Pottery White tiles bring a soft, artisanal feel to the space. Their subtle texture and light tone add warmth and brightness, making the room feel fresh and inviting. Whether used on walls or floors, these tiles have a timeless quality that pairs perfectly with the gold accents and natural wood finishes throughout the room.

Complementing the pottery-inspired look, the Rhine tiles add a modern twist with their smooth, concrete-effect surface. These large-format tiles are ideal for creating a sense of spaciousness, especially in smaller bathrooms like this one. Their soft, tactile finish gives the room a contemporary edge while still feeling cozy and refined. Together, these tiles create a calming, spa-like atmosphere that’s both stylish and practical. Proof that great design is all about the details.

Our Designer Tip:

Rhine is the perfect large format, neutral tile. With a warm taupe hue, this tile creates a contemporary vibe and is perfect for the wet areas of your bathroom (such as the shower walls and floor) where its size means fewer grout lines.

For balance, teaming this with Pottery Cotton is the perfect way to introduce a light textural element to the space. The glossy and handmade appearance of the Pottery range makes it perfect for adding interest to focal areas in any scheme, such as the basin vanity wall in this project to create a sense of detail. This adds depth and having the two tiles gives a wider sense of space.

Oro Opulence

This cloakroom is all about laid-back luxury with a seriously stylish twist, perfectly balanced with the adjacent kitchen . The wall behind the mirror features Kinfolk Nut ,skinny wood-effect slats that offer an effect of length to a small space. They bring warmth and texture to the space, giving it that cool, contemporary feel while still feeling cozy and inviting. It’s the kind of detail that makes you stop and say, “Ooh, I love that!”

Paired with the wood slats, the walls are dressed in the stunning Soprano marble-effect tiles, which are pure elegance. With soft golden veining running through an off-white background, they add a touch of glamour without going over the top. The combination of natural textures and refined finishes creates a bathroom that’s both relaxed and luxurious, perfect for unwinding in style.

Our Designer Tip:

Kinfolk is a beautiful range from Ca Pietra. A natural addition to any project wanting to bring warmth and a natural feeling texture to any room. Being porcelain, it doesn’t come with the maintenance of real wood panels or wall batons, and still gives you that sense of cosiness.

Soprano is the perfect understated warmly-veined marble effect. Perfect for spaces where a busy marble would feel ‘too much’ for you, this lightly veined marble effect is large format for few grout lines, and teams beautifully with wood effects, warm brushed metals (such as brass and bronze), and deep neutral wall paints.
