OUR PROCESS

1. Consultation

We invite you into the studio to meet with one of our designers for a complimentary consultation to understand more about your kitchen project.

We’ll get to know your vision, requirements and budget and you’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the space enabling you to discover our displays and explore collections at your leisure.

2. Survey

To enable us to create your design, we visit your property to conduct a technical survey of your kitchen, identifying structural requirements and getting a feel for how it will flow with the rest of your home.

Please note, if your property is currently in construction we are happy to work from the architect’s drawings.

3. Design

Utilising the findings from your kitchen survey, your designer will explore the potential of your kitchen and reimagine the space with realistic 3D designs.

From creating colour palettes to sourcing the finest brands, each fixture, fitting and finish will be thoughtfully curated to make your dream kitchen a reality.

4. Presentation

Your designer will invite you into the studio for your 3D design presentation. Here your new kitchen design will be revealed and when we’re on target with your budget, your designer will work closely with you to factor in any design amendments, before you give the final sign-off.

5. Installation

Once your project moves to the installation stage, we manage each detail, overseeing everything from deliveries to quality control to keep your project running smoothly and on time.

Our trusted craftsmen work in harmony with our designers to ensure each detail of your vision is placed with the ultimate precision and beyond the aesthetics of your design, we take care of the unseen aspects of installation too like insulation and plumbing.

6. Aftercare

KITCHEN FAQS

How long will it take for my kitchen to be installed?

On average, our kitchen projects take 4-5 weeks for smaller and more simplistic kitchens. For larger spaces and more complex designs, installation is between 6-16 weeks. Throughout your design process, we will guide you on what changes will affect the overall lead time and installation time.

At Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven, we take the time to get every detail of your project perfect and therefore all timelines are a guide. We will keep you updated throughout the project as we manage the installation through to completion.

Will I be given a fixed start date for the work?

Upon confirmation of your project, we will give you an approximate installation date. As we are working on multiple projects at a time, and as with any renovation works, unforeseen challenges may arise and therefore we always ensure to complete an outstanding project, before moving on to the next.

Your designer will keep in touch with you from the moment you confirm your project to update you on the start date so you are always aware of when the project will take place.

Will I have hot and cold water whilst the work is being carried out?

There will be periods when we need to isolate the water in the kitchen and you won’t have access to water. We will ensure to give you plenty of notice and keep you aware of these timings throughout the project to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during the installation.

Do you work with smaller spaces?

We love small spaces just as much as we do large ones. We work on projects from galley kitchens and utility spaces, right through to open-plan living spaces and family dining kitchens.

Design concepts can come together just as beautifully in a smaller space as in a larger one and our brilliant design team welcomes the challenge of completing your brief in a spatially challenged environment. Whether it’s a small footprint, a non-standard shape, or sloped ceilings, please get in touch to see what is possible with your space.

Will I receive a written quotation?

During the kitchen design process, you will receive a ‘Complete Service’ quotation. This will list the schedule of works to be completed to create the chosen design in your space, the products included in the space, and an overall investment figure to turn the design into reality.

Through design meetings, we will always collaborate with you to guide you on any tweaks or amendments you wish to make to find the right balance across design, product, and budget to suit you and your home.
