Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff, I was offered plenty of options to fulfil the brief that I presented their design consultant. The project then started on time and, despite various obstacles that my ageing house presented, completed without adding to the cost. From the initial design stage (a difficult non-standard room) through to installation it is obvious that the firm prides itself on a commitment to the quality of the design, installation, and satisfaction of the homeowner. When a shower tray cracked a couple of months after installation, because it had not been installed properly, they replaced it quickly and gave us a very reasonable price, although it certainly was not their fault. From the initial visit to the showroom, through the design stages and then to installation, our experience has been to be delighted at every stage.
